#Walking on a dream video film location pro#
Pro - easy to access, good for night shot. Pro - I can do what I want with the area.Ĭon - the view from my roof is not very dream like.Ĭon - hard to look after equipment when in the ocean. Pro - very beautiful and quiet when I went. Pro - close to my house, very dream like. Pro - quiet at the time I went, very scenic. Pro - it is quiet, next to my house, has a swing and fits the description for my music video. Pro - it is a public park and fits the theme of my video.Ĭon - it can be busy as it is in the middle of Elgin. I filmed some of my music video during my summer holiday in Scotland so that I could have extra clips and film in the forest and areas I visited. It fits into my concept of a dream, obviously I won't be able to take parts like talking sandwiches and falling floors from it with the time that I have to make my own video, however I do like how the camera goes to his point of view and I like the transitions. I really like this music video because it's so odd. It involves a bit of humor too because it's so strange and features so many places. The video shows this as the character starts quite confused but by the end he seems used to all the weird things happening around him. But at some point realising it takes more energy to keep it out and instead you let it happen and being a part of it. The song is about finding yourself in a world of chaos. Edits: Each location/shot lasts around 10 seconds. First location is in an airport, then in an airplane, hotel room, back in the airport, plane, in the sky/clouds. He floats towards a light in the clouds that could be heaven or the chaos of the world. He grasps his heart symbolising he is trying to hold onto his life. There's also a message behind the video which I really like, especially as it's a positive message. He makes use of the scenery in front of him. I like the use of greenery in this music video. This music video has a clear story, that states Harry is different from others in his village. The video tells the story of Eroda, a fictional island where Harry Styles is the only one who can smile. The music video was released on the 6th of December 2020. Edits: Each location/shot lasts around 15 seconds. Location is in a small village, he goes into a hair dressers, his home, up a hill, the beach. His outfits change a couple times to fit the different scenes he's in (dressing gown, pajamas, casual clothes) Hair is different in all scenes, starts wet due to rain, then is messy, slicked back and he wears a hat. A fan tweeted " In adore you the fish saves him because we saved him. Iconography: the fish is thought to be the fans (explaining why the album cover uses a fish lense) and in the video the fish gets bigger and bigger until he has to let it go.
